About Dr. Kassouf
Dr. Kassouf is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He served as clinical instructor and lecturer there and at Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Kassouf is one of a small but highly distinguished group of dentists who have invested in postgraduate training at one of the world's premiere continuing dental education institutes, The Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education. In addition, Dr. Kassouf has attended over 120 courses in postgraduate dental education, including courses in diagnosis, treatment planning, endodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, fixed and removable crowns and bridges, implantology, cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery, as well as technical seminars on dental materials and equipment. Dr. Kassouf served on staff at several hospitals, including the Medina Community Hospital in Medina, Ohio, the Boca Raton Community Hospital in Boca Raton, Florida, and Fisherman's Hospital in Marathon, Florida. Dr. Kassouf is a longstanding member of the Academy of General Dentistry, a founding member of the American Society for Preventive Dentistry and a founding member of The Buckeye Dental Occlusion Study Club. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Association, and Buncombe County Dental Association. With his clinical excellence and knowledge in many areas of dentistry, he has been both a presenting clinician and dental lecturer at numerous meetings and seminars.
Dr. Kassouf and Carole (his wife of 35 years) have three children and seven grandchildren. He enjoys his time away from work by playing golf and taking pictures.
